Proposed design of a 6-story 19,000 SF building with (10) ten market-rate rental units.  This low-rise multi-family building will implement an energy reduction plan and use Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for the exterior walls and an Insulated flooring system.  Equally exciting are the benefits for the residents, which will include beautiful, light-filled homes that are quiet and have lower utility expenses.  The piece of architecture will not overwhelm the neighborhood, it is elegantly minimalist at best that features natural exterior materials that will blend into the community.
