Design of nine (9) 2-family townhouses comprising a total area of 38,000 SF. Each 5-story home includes a Basement along with a Cellar level. The project falls under the Special Downtown Brooklyn Zoning District. These units include: high energy efficiency lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, heating and cooling units. In ddition, the townhouse complex was constructed using Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) flooring and ICF exterior wall systems. The interior living rooms and kitchens are oriented North to South which illuminate the living rooms and kitchens with natural light. This project also complied with HUD Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requirements.
