Description:
This was a Moderate Rehabilitation of a 6-story New Law tenement of the Cellar Recreation Room to bring the space up to building code compliance. We also redesigned the existing side yard concrete stairs and ramp to comply with ADA guidelines. The project included facade repair and complete window replacement, with new energy efficient window units. The roof was replaced and structurally reinforced to allow for solar panels to be installed.
