Description:
Conversion of a single story manufacturing use building into a Physical Culture Establishment (Martial Arts School). A Public Assembly Application (PA), Board of Standards and Appeal Application (BSA) and Community Board approval was required prior to NYC DOB Approval. Features include impact resilient floors, high ceilings, and student amenities. File new Alteration Type 1 application and obtain a new Certificate of Occupancy for the building. Design AIDD worked closely with the Owner so that spaces were optimized for student participation.
