Description:
Conversion of a 110,500 SF 10-story factory building in the West Village into Offices, Retail and Gallery spaces. Design and coordinate tenant spaces, verify NYC code compliance, clear ECB and DOB violations, and file Public Assemblies (PA). File new Alteration Type 1 application and assit with obtaining a new Certificate of Occupancy for the building. Design AIDD also prepared the Fire Protection Plan and coordinated the Expediting services for the entire building.
