The project is located on the corner of Bushwick Avenue and Powers Street in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn and is a Moderate Rehabilitation of a 9-story 152,000 SF Non-Profit Assisted Living Center. Upgrade of kitchens and bathrooms of one-hundred and fifty (150) units with a renovation of an accessory commercial kitchen and communal dining room on the ground floor. The existing mechanical systems for the building and the commercial kitchen was upgraded to comply with current codes. The project was partially funded by the Housing Development Corp. (HDC).
