Moderate Rehabilitation of the Los Sures Senior Housing project which is a 6-story 43,400 SF pre-war building. All existing fifty-six (56) units were updated with new finish floors, the kitchens appliances were replaced with energy efficient appliances and all plumbing fixtures were replaced with low flow fixtures. The community room and laundry room is being redesigned to better serve the tenants needs. The entrance lobby was redesigned to allow for better tenant socialization by providing a lounge area.
