This 15-story 62, 387 SF building, was built in 1927 and is the home of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York, which is the Consulate-general that represent Taiwan's interest in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.Design AIDD prepared the Fire Protection Plan and coordinated the Expediting services for the entire building. The Fire Protection Plan is a required item for the new Certificate of Occupancy by the NYC Department of Buildings and need approveal by the Fire Department of New York.
