Complete gut rehabilitation and conversion of a 5-story manufacturing building into a 6-story 48,000 SF, fifty-one (51) unit high-end apartment rental building. The existing brick façade is clad with a stone panel façade. Amenities include a building roof terrace, a bike room, a recreation room, laundry facilities and on-site parking. This project required extensive structural redesign and reinforcement to facilitate the addition of the sixth floor.
