Review existing drawings and paperwork submitted to the DOB by various Architects. Document the field conditions of all floors as required and amend the drawings as required to reflect as built conditions at time of measuement. Review existing plans for Zoning and Building Code Compliance for legalizing any non-complying conditions that are identified to be remedied.Withdraw various Public Assembly applications on the upper floor of building which are no longer in existence. Supercede applicants and amend existing “Alteration Type I” plans and incorporate, consolidate, and / or withdraw other Alteration Type I applications.
